  • What about Returns?

    Because of our products' unique nature, we cannot accept returns on Christmas trees. Returning trees is not feasible, as they’re difficult to repackage, costly to ship, and may not withstand multiple transits. Although issues are rare, we’re committed to resolving any that arise promptly to ensure your satisfaction.
